Talisman author Paul Murdoch is in Oxford today for the UK Final of the Kids’ Lit Quiz. And the Kids’ Lit Quiz is hosted by Wayne Mills, who is not from Oz, but from NZ – New Zealand. He is a wizard though, at least when it comes to young people’s literature.
Good luck to all of the contestants, but good luck also to the authors, as they usually form one or more teams. Remember, authors, if you win you were geniuses; if you lose, you were letting the pupils win because it would be showing off to do otherwise.
